Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of OTP Confirmed (the "Service"), operated by OTP Confirmed ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Does

OTP Confirmed provides real, SIM-backed phone numbers for receiving SMS and voice verification codes. Choose a service, get instant access to a number, and receive your code by text or by an automated verification call, depending on what that service requires. Numbers are made available in two ways:

• One-off verification — a number issued for a single verification code. It is considered delivered, and the charge final, once a code is received or the number is otherwise made available to you, whichever comes first.
• Rental — for when you need to maintain access to a number rather than receive a single code, held for a fixed period (from one day up to one year) that you choose at checkout. A rental can be renewed before it expires or cancelled during an eligible window; once a rental period is confirmed, it is not prorated for early cancellation except where these Terms or applicable law say otherwise.

Numbers are sourced from third-party carrier and connectivity partners. We do not manufacture or directly control the underlying telecom networks, and availability, delivery speed, and coverage in any given country or for any given service can vary or be interrupted for reasons outside our control.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Wallet, Pricing, and Payments

The Service uses a prepaid wallet. You add funds to your wallet through a supported payment method, and the cost of each number or rental is deducted from your balance at the time of purchase. Pricing varies by country, service, and rental duration, and the exact price is always shown to you before you confirm a purchase. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing for wallet funding — you only pay for what you add and what you spend.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card number, bank credentials, or crypto wallet keys — those are handled directly by our payment processors under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Refunds and Failed Deliveries

Because a one-off verification is billed once a number is made available to you, purchases are generally final. If a number fails to deliver a code within its validity window through no fault of your own, the corresponding charge is automatically reversed to your wallet balance. If you believe a charge was made in error, you can report the specific transaction from your dashboard and we'll review it.

Wallet funding itself (adding money to your balance) is non-refundable to your original payment method once completed, except where required by law or at our discretion. Unused wallet balance remains available for future purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion;
• Create accounts on third-party platforms with intent to deceive, spam, harass, or defraud those platforms or their users;
• Circumvent a third-party platform's identity verification for the purpose of causing harm to that platform or others;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute numbers in a way that violates these Terms or third-party terms;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for any account we reasonably believe is violating this section, and may withhold or forfeit associated wallet balance where permitted by law in cases of confirmed fraud or abuse.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee that the Service, or any specific number, country, or service will be available at all times or free of errors. We may add, remove, or change supported countries, services, and providers at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that codes, messages, or calls will always be delivered successfully or within any particular time frame.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 8, 9, and 13) will continue to apply.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice on the Service or updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
